In Springfield, we have been implementing our 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness, Homes Within Reach, for 5 years! We’ve just completed an analysis of what we have accomplished–see our slide show below to see the highlights.
We are also creating an Action Plan to guide our work for the next three years. Please review our DRAFT Action Plan. We welcome public comments on the plan, and will discuss the plan at Springfield’s Continuum of Care meeting on March 15, 2012, 10 am, at the Office of Housing, 1600 E. Columbus Ave., Springfield. The Action Plan will be finalized and submitted to HUD on March 16.
