The Three County Continuum of Care (MA-507) is calling on Three County community providers, Coordinated Entry assessors, and people with lived experience (PLE) to join the Coordinated Entry (CE) Committee and actively participate in upcoming meetings over the next several months.
The Coordinated Entry system is the front door to housing and services across Franklin, Hampshire, and Berkshire counties. Over the coming months, the Three County CoC will participate in a Coordinated Entry Evaluation conducted by the Technical Assistance Collaborative (TAC) to closely examine how our system is functioning and where improvements are needed. Please join the Coordinated Entry Committee Meeting the first Tuesday of the month, 12-1 pm. The next meeting is Tuesday, March 3.
