The Network Leadership Council reflects the broad and diverse commitment across Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire Counties to prevent and end homelessness in the region with a Housing First approach. Collaboration across every sector of our community is critical to meeting this challenge. With a Leadership Council almost 100 strong and continually growing, the Network thanks this group of leaders for their partnership in the shared mission to make homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring in Western Massachusetts.
