The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) intends to post a Request for Responses (RFR) for Establishing Local Consortiums to Provide Crisis Intervention Services to Those Facing Acute Housing Instability, including homeless youth.
