Let’s win TOPA once and for all.
We are mobilizing around TOPA, the Tenants’ Opportunity to Purchase Act. We need you, the TOPA endorsing organizations + other supporters to come together to get this done! Why? TOPA would create more tenants’ rights, another pathway to homeownership, and another tool to push back against displacement and gentrification across MA cities and towns. We anticipate a hearing on TOPA in November and want to be sure our reasons for TOPA are uplifted before, during and after that hearing, and TOPA Tuesdays will help us do that.
The TOPA Coalition is reprising TOPA TUESDAYS on September 19th (4-5 pm) + 26th and on October 10th +24th (all 5:45-7 pm) Check out the flyer here and the factsheet here.
These are informal, lively, virtual sessions in which supporters across MA will gather to share and record testimonies, contact our elected officials, take other action together AND have fun while doing it.
