On January 22, Governor Healey released her Fiscal Year 2026 budget proposal.
The Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (HLC) offered a budget briefing on its portion of the budget – please see the slides here and their Brief on the proposed housing and homelessness budget is here.

We will continue to share analyses and recommendations as they emerge. Our Network Steering Committee will determine its complete list of FY26 budget priorities and legislative priorities within the next couple of weeks – and we look forward to advocating together to make them happen!
