Tuesday, November 18, 1 pm on protecting families facing homelessness: The Joint Committee on Families, Children and Persons with Disabilities will hear testimony on the Emergency Assistance improvement bill (H.216) that would address the shrinking access to EA and the consequence of families sleeping unsheltered in cars and parks.
