As we reported here previously, two lawsuits have been filed challenging HUD’s drastic changes to its funding requirements for Continuums of Care (CoCs).
The cases are both in the US District Court for the District of Rhode Island, and are scheduled for a hearing on a temporary restraining order today, Dec. 8, at 3:30 pm.
