We have until Monday, June 29 at 11:59 pm to submit comments to oppose HUD’s proposal to rescind the Equal Access Rule.
This rescission will make it harder and in many cases unsafe for transgender, nonbinary, intersex people and other marginalized communities to access housing, shelter and services.
We need to do everything we can to stop it. Your comment matters.
