Springfield’s Ten Year Plan Implementation Committee has its most recent quarterly meeting on July 1, 2009.  Notes from the meeting are attached.  The next quarterly meeting will be October 2, 2009, 8:30 to 10 am, at the Mental Health Association, 995 Worthington St., Springfield.
