HAMPDEN COUNTY CONTINUUM OF CARE
There’s a lot going on with the Hampden County CoC!  Please join the CoC if you are interested in homelessness in Hampden County.  Now is a good time to join–we will be making a number of policy and funding decisions over the next several months.

The Hampden County CoC coordinates with the Western Mass Network to End Homelessness but with a focus just on Hampden County.  If you’d like to know about the CoC and it’s work, join our open membership and get on our mailing list.  Just send your contact info togmccafferty@springfieldcityhall.com and you’ll be our newest member.
Come to our Organizational Meeting, Sept. 13, 9-11:30, at Holyoke Community College/Kittredge Center
We are transitioning to broader membership and governance by a Board.  Be a part of it at our organizational and first annual meeting, where we hope to ratify our organizational structure and vote in our first Board of Directors. At the meeting, you’ll be get an update on our work and have a chance to join our committees.
Be a Board Member
The Hampden County CoC will be governed by a Board of Directors, made up of about 30 individuals who will meet quarterly to provide high-level guidance and leadership to our organization.  If you would like to be considered for the Board of Directors, please send notice of your interest to gmccafferty@springfieldcityhall.com.
