The CoC’s point-in-time (PIT) count across the region (and most of the state) will take place Wednesday, January 29, 2025. The PIT count seeks to identify all people who are in emergency shelter, transitional housing, safe havens, and unsheltered locations on a single night. These counts are compiled nationally and submitted to Congress and are a key data source in determining federal homelessness funding to our region.
