The People with Lived Experience Action Board of the Three County Continuum of Care is organizing a collection drive to support the creation of Emergency Summer Cooling Kits for community members in need.

As noted in their announcement, “our hope is to create 75 Cooling Kit Bags to give out the week of the CoC Summer Point in Time Count, which starts 07/20/25. Your generosity can help provide relief and safety to those who need it the most. By contributing to our collection drive, you will directly impact the well-being of our community members facing harsh summer conditions.”

Please see the flyer here with details on where, what and how to contribute. For more information, you can also email  Shaundell Diaz, CoC Program Director. If you are interested in volunteering for the Summer Point in Time Count, email Natalie Burtzos, CoC Compliance Manager.
