On September 13, HAP and the Network hosted CHAPA’s regional meeting here in Western Massachusetts. With roughly 35 people present, CHAPA gave a current snapshot of state and federal policy pertaining to housing and homelessness and a preview of what may lie ahead in this coming legislative year.
It also announced the release of CHAPA’s new “Affordable Housing Toolbox” that is available online, free-of-charge. It provides a wealth of information and tips on how to tackle the challenge of creating more affordable housing in your community.
