HAPHousing™ is seeking a full time Job Developer for the Secure Jobs Workforce Development program. The Job Developer is responsible for promoting and developing employment and on-the-job training opportunities for program participants. The Job Developer will establish and maintain relationships with employers in the community and work with partner agencies to ensure successful and consistent job placement opportunities. The Job Developer will maintain contact with employer following placement to ensure job stability and will perform necessary post-placement and post-exit follow-up to ensure long-term job retention.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; or five years’ experience in a human services delivery system including two years’ experience in job development. An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements.
