HAPHousing™ is seeking a Residential Advocate to work in a Single Room Occupancy property located in Northampton, Monday through Friday from 4 pm to 12 am. Responsibilities include; ongoing individual resident support; maintaining required documentation and daily program communication; consistent monitoring of building for safety and security. Crisis intervention as necessary; Adhere to awake overnight accountability and reporting procedures. Strong candidates will have related experience with homeless and housing programs; previous counseling or advocacy experience and strong interpersonal skills required. Bi-lingual a plus. Wage range $14.50 – $16.04 /hr depending on education and experience.
