Dear Network Partners:
I am writing to share the news that I will be leaving my position as Network Director on December 31, while continuing to support the Network through its leadership transition until June, 2027.
I realize this is big news! And the most important take-away right now is that the Network will be in great hands through this transition, led by its Governance Committee, leaders in this work from across our region. The Network will continue offering its essential functions without interruption.
In the next couple of weeks, the Director position will be posted. Please stay tuned for that notice.
The Network – and so many of you – have been such a defining part of my life for the last 17 years, since the Network began in 2009. It has been such an honor and privilege to be in this work with you.
The decision to move on is made of both my own readiness for change and the knowledge that new leadership is a growth opportunity for the Network. Change is good! And it is especially so when it comes from a place of strength and commitment. The Network is both strong and committed, thanks to all of you.
I am grateful for the opportunity to provide my support through this transition over these next 8 months. I have no doubt that an exciting and impactful next chapter for the Network lies ahead.
With deepest appreciation,
Pamela
