The Trainers: The trainers for this webinar are Dave Davis of the Community Shelter Board and Molly Rampe of the YWCA Family Center both in Columbus Ohio. The Community Shelter Board and the YWCA Family Center have collaborated to make significant changes to the way homelessness is addressed in Columbus. Since their implementation of a single point of entry system with a focus on effective assessment, triage, and diversion their shelter admissions have decreased and their length of stay has also shortened. Dave and Molly will conduct this training for ICHH Network Members with a focus on effectively triaging families to reduce shelter reliance.
