At such time and place interested persons will be afforded an opportunity to present oral testimony. Written comments may be presented at the hearing or at any time prior to the hearing by directing the same to the DHCD, Office of the Chief Counsel, 100 Cambridge Street, Suite 300, Boston, MA 02114, ATT: Michael Malamut 760 CMR 65.00. Copies of the proposed regulation will be available for inspection at the offices of DHCD during regular business hours – 8:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and are currently posted on DHCD’s website at http://www.mass.gov/dhcd under News and Updates July 31,2011.
