From Mass. Coalition for the Homeless:
As you know, the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) and its partner agencies launched the HomeBASE program for families at the beginning of the month. DHCD has scheduled a hearing to gather public feedback on the emergency regulations now governing the program. The hearing is scheduled to take place at DHCD’s main office in Boston on Monday, September 12th, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Please join us to weigh in with your ideas regarding implementation of this important initiative to help families who are at-risk or experiencing homelessness! If you are unable to attend in person, DHCD also will accept written comments. See below for more details on the hearing and the “Quick Links” for more information about the program.
