From the Commonwealth of MA:

The Massachusetts Homeowner Assistance Fund (Mass HAF) is now fully launched and we encourage you to share information with homeowners in your communities. Mass HAF is a state program that provides mortgage relief – it is a grant not a loan; homeowners do not have to pay it back. Applicants must be at least 3 months behind on their mortgage payments because of the pandemic. As a reminder, ERMA and RAFT are no longer available to homeowners. If you have questions about HAF, please email [email protected].
