HLC is seeking applicants to operate sponsor-based transitional housing for young adults exiting corrections. This collaboration with the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security is intended to provide temporary housing for young people and to help them avoid falling into the homelessness systems while they establish their lives post-incarceration.
