AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROPERTY MANAGER JOB POSTING

Join our team of affordable housing professionals! We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, highly organized person to join our property management staff at the Franklin County Regional Housing and Redevelopment Authority. Help us select tenants and ensure safe living environments. This position requires compassion for residents, including elders and persons with disabilities, while ensuring compliance with rules and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong math skills, solid judgment, professional boundaries required. Two years experience in residential property management or related field, such as hotel clerk or campus residential life strongly preferred, but we will train the right person. Must have daily access to a reliable vehicle, ability to pass criminal background check and be willing and able to travel to properties across Franklin County and respond to after-hours emergencies.
