Thanks to all who showed up at the legislative hearing on the rent control bill yesterday! A full bus from Springfield – shout-out to Springfield No One Leaves! – joined hundreds of others in a rally and at the hearing.
The Network offered its testimony virtually yesterday in support of rent control, along with testifying at two hearings last week – first, testimony in support of ending the criminalization of homelessness and second, testimony in support of a number of key housing bills impacting RAFT, HomeBASE, MRVP, Supportive Housing and Older Adult Housing Stability.
