Thanks to the Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance (MHSA) for this opportunity:

As funding and policy shifts for supportive housing continue to unfold, MHSA is launching Surviving the Storm–a series of trainings, forums, and clinics for supportive housing operators, homeless providers, funders, and policy makers to build organizational capacity, strengthen partnerships, and drive advocacy to preserve and create supportive housing for neighbors experiencing homelessness in Massachusetts.

The first in the series:

Supportive Housing Management Clinic
Thursday, November 12, 2026

This clinic is targeted to organizations who own and operate multiple supportive housing sites in Massachusetts who are seeking support with asset management.  Hosted by expert trainers, this is a small, hands-on clinic for up to 10 organizations who own and operate several supportive housing properties and are contending with challenges such as aging buildings, property damage, and renovation needs. Each participating organization will also receive 2 individual coaching sessions with the trainers in addition to the in-person clinic.
