Easthampton tenants are organizing a rally to push back against 35-50% rent increases imposed by out-of-state landlords. We heard Nancy Dorian at our Network Annual Gathering speak powerfully about her own 40% rent increase that continues to threaten her housing stability, along with that of many others.
