The Springfield-Hampden County Continuum of Care (CoC) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking projects to include in its FY25 application to HUD for CoC funds.
The CoC will consider applications for new Transitional Housing (TH) and Supportive Services Only (SSO) projects, as well as renewal applications for existing Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), TH, and SSO -Coordinated Entry projects. The RFP is attached.
Applications will be submitted in the online Cognito portal, which can be accessed through links provided in the RFP. The deadline for applications is December 15, 2026, at 5 pm.
The CoC will provide the following Zoom meetings to learn more about this funding opportunity:
- Technical assistance session for new applicants: Monday, December 1 at 3 pm
- Q&A session for all applicants: Monday, December 8 at 4 pm
