This training will provide a framework to support providers, community organizers and agency representatives working with community members who identify as LGBTQ+ during the pandemic and beyond.  It will offer a primer on creating inclusive and affirming environments for LGBTQ+ individuals, utilizing national resources and lived experience of community members. The trainer, James Shultis (they/them pronouns), is a community educator and advocate, specializing in LGBTQ+ trainings and education.
