Through this RFR, DHCD plans to make funds available to assist homeless individuals residing in homeless emergency shelters to move quickly into permanent housing through rapid rehousing activities. The initial period of this RFR will be for 6 months beginning 1/1/13 through 6/30/13 with a possibility of up to five (5) one (1) year renewals at up to $500,000 per year pending an available state appropriation within the Individual Homeless Appropriation (7004-0102).
