The Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will hold a public information session in order to seek input into HomeBASE regulations. The draft legislation establishing the HomeBASE Program is available on the Massachusetts Legislature website at www.malegislature.gov/Budget/FY2012/Senate.
