The Individual Shelter System and Rapid Transition for Individuals Request for Information has been posted on COMMBUYS. You can access the page here.
Comments and Information can be provided by:
- Submitting written comments to [email protected] with the subject line “Individual Shelter System and RTI RFI” by 5pm, November 12, 2021 .
- DHCD will also engage in two virtual listening sessions at 9am on October 21, 2021 and 1 pm on October 28. This virtual listening session is on Microsoft Teams, but you can access it through your normal internet browser if you don’t have Teams.

Any interested parties are welcome to submit comments, including but not limited to persons with lived experience of homelessness, homeless service providers, advocates, Continua of Care, municipalities, and any other constituents.
DHCD will begin crafting the RFP on November 1, 2021 but will continue to accept feedback and comments until the RFI closing on November 12, 2021
