On Friday, December 3, ICHH released its Request for Responses for Regional Network Innovations to End Homelessness. The Steering Committee met yesterday to discuss the Network’s response and is in the process of communicating with the Leadership Council and all committees to formulate our proposal. Please email Pamela at [email protected] if you are not receiving the email correspondence on this and would like to participate. The response is due next Friday, December 17th, so we are working with great focus and speed.

Also, last Friday, the Network submitted a proposal to the Liberty Mutual Foundation for $80,000 to provide emergency housing assistance to families in Springfield (The Foundation limited funds to Springfield and Boston only). Thanks to the United Way of Pioneer Valley for facilitating this application as our fiscal agent, and thanks to our Network’s Springfield partners for their collaboration in making this proposal possible.
